JAL- April

Hello. My name is Shizuka Miller. I have traveled to 23 countries in my life, but now I have lots of students who are from places I haven’t been to yet.  I am so excited to learn new things with the Horizon students!

Here is what we have done this month;

Grade 9

We have mixed level students here, however, since they are all diligent workers, we have a chance to study all together. We check the latest news on NHK Nihongo News and exchange our opinions and ideas. We read Chumon no ooi Ryoriten (The Restaurant of Many ) by Kenji Miyazawa with no art work, and each student drew a different scene. They are working on different textbooks, but they help each other on their studies. After Golden week holidays, we will start studying  Japanese IGCSE test!!

Please feel free to contact us anytime for any inquiries.

Thank you,
Shizuka Miller
